Shipping and Payment Terms

Shipping

We deliver within Germany. Shipping costs are calculated based on shipment weight.

Delivery Condition (Incoterm)

All shipments are carried out according to DAP "Delivery Note Address" (ICC Incoterm), including packaging. We bear the transport costs and transport risk up to the delivery address specified on the delivery note. Import duties, customs fees or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Methods

• Bicycle work stands: shipped within Germany exclusively via freight forwarding
• Accessories: shipped within Germany via UPS or DHL, internationally via UPS only
• International shipping of bicycle work stands: available on request only

Delivery Times

If not stated otherwise in the product listing, delivery times are as follows:

• 1–3 business days within Germany
• 10–15 business days for international deliveries

For advance payments, the delivery period begins after receipt of your payment instruction.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Local pickup is available Monday to Thursday between 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00.

Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• PayPal
• Advance payment (bank transfer)
• Invoice payment (14 days net, available from the third order with a registered account)
