Shipping & payment terms

We deliver within Germany.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package.
The bike stands are shipped by freight forwarder.
If only accessories are ordered, delivery within Germany is by UPS or DHL, abroad only by UPS.
We will only send bike stands abroad on request.

If no other period is stated in the offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days in Germany, and within 10-15 days for deliveries abroad, after the contract has been concluded (in the case of agreed payment in advance, after the date on which your payment instruction is received).
Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
For collection on site, goods can be collected Mon-Thu between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
